Donald King serves as Ambassador at Large for the International Institute for Peace through Tourism. A native of Kentucky, he received his bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Mississippi State University where he was a three-year letterman in basketball. After serving as a special faculty member at the University of the Philippines for a short time, he began King’s Travel Service, which he still leads today. He assumed his position with IIPT in 2002 and he is currently giving energy to assisting refugees from the civil war in Syria.
