IIPT STUDENT ESSAY PEACE PRIZE 2020
In collaboration with the University Technology Sydney (UTS) Business School – the International Institue for Peace through Tourism (IIPT) has awarded Marie Janssen the IIPT Student Peace Prize and becomes the IIPT Student Peace Ambassador 2020.
Normal criteia from the Academic Co-ordinator was applied to the Developing Sustainable Destination assessement task which is part of the UTS Business School Degree. A short list of papers was submitted to IIPT, where a panel of Tourism Industry Representatives and IIPT Members accessed the winning candidate.
The successful student of the IIPT Student Essay Peace Prize receives:
- Publication of essay/abstract in the IIPT Global Newsletter;
- Recognition as an IIPT Student Ambassador;
- Introduction to Prof. Fabio Carbone, International Tourism Management, Coventry University, UK and complimentary enrolment to his Online Course on Peace through Tourism;
- $100 Gift Voucher;
